Sheboygan, WI -- Muth Mirror Systems is making available a video that demonstrates how their innovative product Signal® mirrors function.  The video shows how Signal® mirrors can help prevent lane-changing and merging accidents.  

Through animated graphic illustrations and innovative footage shot on highway locations, the video communicates what printed materials aren't able to show.  By using a variety of camera angles, including that of a driver following a Signal Mirror® equipped vehicle, viewers clearly see the benefits of this safety accessory.

A heated Signal Mirror® option is shown in a time-lapse sequence.  The signal intensity of day versus night is compared as well as the signal that surrounding drivers see versus the tell-tale display the driver of the Signal Mirror® equipped vehicle sees.

Signal® mirrors use high intensity lights to change ordinary exterior rearview mirrors into safety features that command attention.  When a turn signal is activated, a flashing chevron appears in the corresponding side mirror to alert drivers in the blind spot.  The mirrors operate as regular rearview mirrors when the turn signals are activated or not.
